What PetPomo is

PetPomo is a free productivity timer with a virtual pet, running entirely in your browser. It is a game and a focus aid. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice of any kind.

Your save file is yours to look after

Progress is stored in your browser. Clearing site data, switching browsers or using private browsing will lose it. Cloud sync is offered as a convenience and is not a backup service — we make no promise that a synced save will still be there tomorrow. Settings has an export button; use it if your progress matters to you.

Accounts

An account is optional — the game plays in full without one. If you create one, with an email and password or with Continue with Google, a few things follow:

• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account; do not impersonate someone else or sign up on their behalf.
• Tell us through the contact page if you think someone else is using your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for abuse, or that breaks these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from the contact page; doing so removes it and any save attached to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attack, overload or attempt to break into the service or its infrastructure.
• Script or automate requests to the sync, weather or account endpoints beyond ordinary play.
• Attempt to read, guess or enumerate other people's sync codes or accounts.
• Re-publish the artwork, code or assets as your own.

We may block access that threatens the service or other players.

User content and conduct

The forum and blog comments let you post publicly. You are responsible for what you post, and by posting you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not post:

• Spam, advertising or affiliate links of your own.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or anything targeting another person.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Anyone's private information, your own included.

Contributions go through a moderation queue. We may edit, hide or remove any post, and restrict or close an account, at our discretion — see the privacy policy for how that content is stored. By posting, you grant PetPomo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute what you post as part of running the site. You keep ownership of your words; this licence just lets us show them.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. There is no uptime guarantee. Features may change or be removed. The game is designed to keep working offline and without the server, which is deliberate — but not a warranty.

Purchases

Coins earned in the game have no monetary value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for anything outside PetPomo. There are currently no paid features. If paid options are introduced, prices, terms and a refund policy will be published on this site before anything is offered for sale, and buying will always be optional.

The deals on the Gifts page are not purchases from us. They are offers from other merchants, reached through affiliate links from which PetPomo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any order, payment, delivery or refund is strictly between you and that merchant, under their terms — see theaffiliate disclosure.

Intellectual property

The name, artwork, characters, synthesized sounds and code are owned by PetPomo unless stated otherwise. See thecopyright notice. You may play the game, screenshot it and share those screenshots. Two things are not ours: what other people post in the community stays theirs (you grant us the licence above), and the offers, coupons and merchant names on the Gifts page belong to those merchants.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PetPomo is not liable for lost progress, lost data, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
